Twelve years across customer operations, brand reputation, product ventures and enterprise SaaS have shaped a perspective on growth that starts with the business, not the channel.

01A little about me
Growth isn't just a marketing question.
My experience began closer to customers and business operations than to campaigns. Over twelve years, it has moved through consumer platforms, client relationships, reputation and crisis work, agency consulting, technology ventures and enterprise SaaS marketing.
Different operating models reveal different constraints. Acquisition can be limited by positioning. Reputation can break because of delivery. Revenue can grow while attribution remains unclear. The work becomes more useful when these are understood as connected business problems.
Today, that perspective informs how I approach market strategy, customer economics, growth systems and the practical application of AI.

07What the experience taught me
A perspective shaped by the work.
Growth is a business outcome.
Traffic, leads and campaigns become meaningful when they connect to commercial progression, customer value and the decisions behind them.
Perspective 01
Trust is built through experience.
Public reputation often exposes a problem elsewhere: the product, the operation, a payment, or the gap between expectation and delivery.
Perspective 02
Better systems improve judgment.
Technology and AI matter when research, execution and measurement become more connected, more useful and more repeatable.
Perspective 03
08The next conversation
Let's work on something worth solving.
A market to enter. A business to position. A growth challenge to understand. The most useful conversation begins with the problem.
